Process
Discover: In the discovery phase, I conducted comprehensive market research, performed a thorough brand assessment, and conducted audience segmentation. This process was instrumental in establishing a strong foundation for the campaign.
Define: To lay the grounds for a robust and well-connected campaign, I developed a campaign strategy by first clearly defining the scope and goals of the campaign. This involved defining unique value propositions, specific audience segments, and setting clear objectives, complete with key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively track progress and measure success.
Develop: In the development phase, I collaborated with creative teams to design visual assets, craft campaign narratives, and inform visual and message consistency by fine-tuning concepts across distinct channels and audiences.
Deliver: In executing the campaign across each of Atlassian's owned channels, I worked directly with external social media agencies to monitor performance in real-time. I also conducted comprehensive post-campaign evaluations, leveraging newfound insights to revitalize and refine ongoing campaign initiatives.
